Garden Hammock — Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return window & condition

  • You may return any unused, undamaged product within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be packed in their original, resalable packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, skip this step and see sections 6 & 7.

2. How to start a return

  1. Email Support@gardenhammock.co.uk or call +44 20 8040 1785 for a Return Authorisation (RA) number and a prepaid label (where applicable).
  2. Write the RA number on the outside of the parcel and include a copy of your order confirmation inside the box.
  3. Send the parcel back using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 and keep the tracking receipt for your records.

3. Return shipping costs

  • No return fee – we cover the cost of your return label.
  • Original outbound postage, gift-wrap or other optional charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake (see sections 6 & 7).

4. Refunds

  • Once the warehouse confirms the goods are in acceptable condition (usually within 72 hours of delivery to us), we will email you a confirmation.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

5. Exchanges

Need a different colour or model? Contact us first; we’ll raise a free exchange order and issue instructions. No restocking fees apply.


6. Faulty or damaged items

Email Support@gardenhammock.co.uk with clear photos/video within 30 days.

  • No need to send the faulty item back unless we request it.
  • We’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

7. Wrong item / “not as described”

Please send photos of the item received. We’ll provide a prepaid label; as soon as the return is scanned in transit, we’ll dispatch the correct replacement or refund you in full.


8. Change-of-mind & order cancellations

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel and refund it in full. Call or email us as soon as possible.
  • If the parcel has already left our warehouse, simply follow the standard return steps once it arrives.
